Experience/Education
I’ve worn many hats to master many passions, all of which have centered on helping others feel supported and empowered.
My career path has included elementary teacher, yoga teacher and studio director, psychologist, and writer and editor. After spending 8 years helping world-changers scale their missions through copywriting and assisting C-teams, I won the lottery by joining BTV.
Outside of Work

Favorite Book
I’m almost exclusively a non-fiction reader because I never stopped asking, “But why?”
Top genres are traveler memoirs, psychology, and philosophy. Some of my faves are Mindsight (Daniel J. Siegel), The Untethered Soul (Michael A. Singer), Resilient (Rick Hanson), Transcend (Scott Barry Kaufman), works by Viktor Frankl and Alan Watts, and, I’m unashamed to admit…psychology textbooks.
There is one fiction series that hooked me, and I find a way to recommend it to everyone: The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams. (It’s a whole series. Read it all.)
